Dusty is illegally dumping sewage waste into the ocean. Noah’s dad is in jail for trying to stop Dusty, by sinking Dusty’s boat. Noah is determined to get his dad out of jail, by proving that Dusty is breaking the law. Noah gets into a lot of scary situations, while trying to prove Dusty is polluting the ocean. At the same time, this story is surprisingly funny! You will be cheering for Noah, as he tries to get his dad out of jail.
